Horizon Health Care is pleased to welcome Thomas Schmanski, DDS, as the new dentist at Martin Dental Clinic.
Dr. Schmanski attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated in 1982 with a Doctorate of Dental Science degree. Since then, he has gained 38 total years of dental experience from working in Brookings and Rapid City, South Dakota.
“My mother always used to tell me, ‘Knowing what you do now, don’t do something to someone you wouldn’t do to yourself.’ I strive to live this out in my dental practice every day, making sure to treat everyone how I would want to be treated,” said Thomas Schmanski, DDS. “Everyone should have access to dental care, and I’m looking forward to working with Horizon to make this a reality.”
Dr. Schmanski is married to wife, Kris. They have four children who are grown and out of the house. In his spare time, Dr. Schmanski enjoys spending time outdoors, collecting antique and custom cars, and hand tool woodworking. He is currently available for appointments at Martin Dental Clinic during regular hours of operation on Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
