Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to welcome Terry Weaver, MD, to Jerauld County Community Health Center. Weaver joins providers Lance Lim, MD, Thomas Dean, MD, and Meghan Torgerson, CNP, to provide primary care medical services to the Wessington Springs community.
Weaver attended Harding University and earned his bachelor’s degree in 1990. He then earned his degree as a Physician in 1995 from Indiana University School of Medicine. He has been practicing family medicine for 25 years.
Originally from Osceola, Indiana, Dr. Weaver enjoys spending time outdoors. “I prefer rural medicine because of my personality and small-town childhood,” stated Terry Weaver, MD. “I especially enjoy the diversity we see in rural communities. These issues are why I originally went into family practice.”
Weaver is currently available for appointments at Jerauld County Community Health Center.
