Mindy Dalley, CNP
Horizon Health Care is pleased to welcome Mindy Dalley, CNP, as a new provider at Bison Community Clinic.
Dalley received her bachelor’s degree in English from Utah State University and received her associate’s degree in nursing soon after from Weber State University in Utah. In 1998, she graduated with master’s degrees in health, physical education, and recreation and cardiac rehabilitation from Utah State University. In 2022, she graduated with a master’s of science in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA. Over the years, she’s gained experience in nursing, family medicine, rehabilitation services, and cardiac stress-testing.
“Healthcare chose me. I have enjoyed working as a nursing assistant, certified nursing assistant, licensed practical nurse, registered nurse, and now certified nurse practitioner,” said Dalley. “I am excited to engage members of the Bison community in their healthcare and contribute to their overall wellness.”
Dalley currently lives in Hettinger, ND, with her husband, Caleb, and five children. In her free time, Dalley loves traveling. She’s lived in multiple states, including Arizona, California, Utah, Michigan, Louisiana, North Dakota, and Florida. She is currently available for appointments at Bison Community Clinic on Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
