(Martin, SD) – Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to introduce MaryAnn Fanning, CNP, as the newest medical provider at Martin Community Health Center. MaryAnn joins providers Dr. Tony Berg, MD, Margaret Lee, PA-C, Theresa Hammerquist, CNP, and Nancy Webb, CNP, to provide primary care medical services to the Martin community.
Fanning attended the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD, and earned an Accredited Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She later went on to attend the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, graduating in 2009 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. In 2013, she earned a Post Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Kaplan University.
“I am excited to be a part of the Horizon team, to learn and share my experiences,” said MaryAnn Fanning, CNP, who is currently available for appointments at Martin Community Health Center.
Originally from Martin, MaryAnn resides with her husband, Paul, who is a rancher in Bennett County. In her spare time she enjoys music, drama productions, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
