Horizon Health Wessington Springs Medical and Dental began operations in 1978 and is located on a medical campus, attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital, a 40-bed long-term care facility and the State Health Department’s Community Health Nurse Office. The clinics are dedicated to providing accessible healthcare for anyone in need. Horizon Health took over Jerauld County Dental Clinic in 2009.
