Horizon Health Huron began operations in 2011. Situated in a 12,000 square foot facility, providers and staff are committed to making sure their patients have access to quality, affordable care.

After Hours:

Connect with a provider after-hours by calling your local Horizon clinic. Calls received after-hours will be handled by an on-call provider, who will guide the caller to the appropriate level of care.
