The Bell Medical Clinic joined Horizon Health in 1994 and was renamed as the De Smet Community Health Center. The name changed again to Horizon Health De Smet Medical and Dental clinics in 2024. The current facility, built in August 2013, is a 9,500 square foot clinic that added dental services to the community and is designed to complement the look and feel of the Wilder Pass neighborhood. Horizon Health De Smet Medical and Dental clinics have the ability to see anyone who needs medical or dental care in the De Smet community.
