Horizon Health Bison began operations in 2003 and joined Horizon Health in 2016 through a merger with Prairie Community Health. Our clinic in Bison offers comprehensive care with a hometown atmosphere that makes everyone who enters our doors feel at home.
Horizon Health Bison transitioned to a telehealth virtual clinic in October 2024. A provider will be available in person the first Tuesday and third Thursday of every month.
Monday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am – 5 pm
Thursday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 11:30 am

Connect with a provider after-hours by calling your local Horizon clinic. Calls received after-hours will be handled by an on-call provider, who will guide the caller to the appropriate level of care.
