About Us

In January 2014, Horizon Health opened a new medical clinic in Aberdeen. In May 2016, the clinic moved to a newly renovated site, renewing its dedication to the citizens of Aberdeen.

Horizon Health Aberdeen offers primary health care services including CDL physicals.
