Lisa Martin, CNP

Originally from Isabel, SD, Martin received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from South Dakota State University. In 2022, she graduated with a master’s of science in nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus from Presentation College in Aberdeen, SD. Over the years, she’s gained 23 years of experience in nursing and family medicine. “I’m excited to be a part of Horizon Health Care as a Nurse Practitioner,” said Martin. “I have worked a lot of years to learn and grow with my patients with hopes to provide them with the best options for optimal healthcare in rural South Dakota. My hope is to be a constant advocate for my patients’ best health outcomes.”

Martin currently lives in Isabel with her husband Robert, sons Rance and Ike, and daughter Katie. In her free time, Martin enjoys spending time with her kids and family, especially at sporting events. Starting in June, she will be available for appointments at Isabel Community Clinic on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. She’ll be available for appointments at Family Health Center of Eagle Butte on Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
