Lake Preston Community Health Center to re-open April 12

Horizon Health Care is pleased to welcome Denise Lindsay, CNP, to Lake Preston and De Smet Community Health Centers.

Lindsay will be available as the primary care provider for Lake Preston beginning Monday, April 12. Beginning that date, the clinic will be open under a new schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:00 am – 12:30 pm, 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Lindsay is currently available for appointments at De Smet Community Health Center, where she will continue to be available for appointments two days per week following the re-opening of Lake Preston Community Health Center.

Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Simmons University and completed her undergraduate degree at University of South Dakota. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bellevue University.

With over ten years in the health care setting, Lindsay has had a multitude of experience in primary and long-term care in various settings.
