(Martin, SD) – Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to introduce Katlyn Rostyne, CNP, as the newest medical provider at Martin Community Health Center. Katlyn joins providers Dr. Tony Berg, MD, Margaret Lee, PA-C, Theresa Hammerquist, CNP, MaryAnn Fanning, CNP and Nancy Webb, CNP, to provide primary care medical services to the Martin community.
Rostyne attended Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She later went on to attend Maryville University of St. Louis in St. Louis, MO, graduating in 2018 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
“I believe that everyone has personal health goals that are achievable,” said Katlyn Rostyne, CNP. “I hope to provide patients with education and support to meet their health care expectations.”
Originally from Huron, SD, Katlyn enjoys camping, fishing, softball and spending time with her family. She is currently available for appointment at Martin Community Health Center.
