Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to welcome Jocelyn Bergh, PA-C, MPAS, to Martin Community Health Center. Bergh will join Tony Berg, MD, Diane Inch, MPA-C, MaryAnn Fanning, CNP, Nancy Webb, CNP, and Mark Cali, MPAS, PA-C, to provide primary care medical services to the Martin community.

Bergh attended South Dakota State University, graduating in 2012 with a degree in Spanish and Global Studies. She then received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) in 2020 from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD.

“I enjoy fitting puzzles together, and more than that, I enjoy putting puzzles together with others. That is where being a PA and working with patients and other health care professionals comes in,” stated Jocelyn Bergh, PA-C, MPAS, “I’m looking forward to working as a team with my patients and my colleagues to become puzzle masters.”

Bergh, who is originally from Murdo, SD, is married to husband, Ferdinand. They have two daughters, Roslyn and Bonnie. In her spare time, Bergh enjoys bicycling, hiking, baking, painting, crocheting, knitting and stargazing.
