(Mission, SD) – Horizon Health is pleased to welcome Jill Moser, CNP, to Horizon Health Mission. She will join Briana Broschat, CNP, Alyssa Hicks, CNP, Rachele Vietor, PA-C, and Teresa Marts, MD, in providing primary care services to the Mission community and surrounding area.
Moser is from Gregory, SD, and currently lives in Winner. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Medicine, from South Dakota State University in Brookings.
For the past seven years she has worked as a certified nurse practitioner at the Winner Regional Healthcare Center. She is particularly interested in the treatment areas of diabetes care, adolescent and women’s health, family medicine and pediatric care.
Moser and her husband Austin have three children: Bentley, 11; Hazel, 5; and Zaylee, 2. The family shares their home with a pit bull named Astrid.
“I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare,” Moser said. “When I returned to my hometown after college, I loved the variety working in a
rural area provided.”
During her spare time Moser helps her husband manage the Winner Drive In Theater, which they own. They keep busy following their children’s activities and love long motorcycle rides.
“I’m looking forward to carrying out Horizon’s mission to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare services to the Mission area,” Moser said.
