(MARTIN, SD) – Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to introduce Jennifer Franke, CNP, as the newest medical provider at Martin Community Health Center. Jennifer joins providers Francoise Bansenga, CNP-FNP, BC, Ashley Rook, PA-C and Dr. Tony Berg to provide primary care medical services at the Martin Community Health Center.
A graduate of Walden University, Franke holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining Horizon, Franke has been previously employed with Rapid City Regional Hospital as an ER Nurse and Cardiovascular Nurse.
Franke, who is currently available for appointments at Martin Community Health Center, is originally from Rapid City, SD. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, paddle boarding and other lake activities with her daughter, Genesis.
