At least 20,000 patients every year will qualify for this support, helping them access the care they need, navigate tough financial situations, and find support for their overall well-being.
Pillar 1: Financial
- $70,000 needed to help reduce patient financial barriers to accessing care and provide assistance to employees affected by emergencies.
Pillar 3: Smiles for Miles
- $18,000 needed to support patients 0-5 with free dental exam, cleaning, and fluoride treatment.
Pillar 2: Medical
- $40,000 needed to help patients impacted by chronic conditions access critical care to manage diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and dental disease.
Pillar 4: Social
- $22,000 needed to support whole person care focused on providing access to benefits to cover basic necessities.
