(MARTIN, SD) – Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to welcome Diane Inch, PA-C, to Martin Community Health Center. Inch joins providers Tony Berg, MD, Katlyn Rostyne, CNP, MaryAnn Fanning, CNP, Nancy Webb, CNP, and Theresa Hammerquist, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to provide primary care medical services to the Martin community.
Inch attended Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation. She then received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 1996 from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. In 2006, she attended the University of Nebraska and received a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She also has a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Education from South Dakota State University.
“Through preventative and continuing care, help patients live their lives to the fullest – physically, emotionally and spiritually,” stated Diane Inch, PA-C, when asked about her philosophy of care.
Diane, who is from Fort Thompson, South Dakota, is married to husband, Kimber, and has two children, Nicole and Robert. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and running. She is currently available for appointments at Martin Community Health Center.
