Dennis Nelsen

Dennis Nelsen, a resident of Vermillion, SD, was appointed to the Horizon Foundation Board of Directors in June 2022. He is currently a Horizon Health Board of Directors.

Prior to Horizon Health, he was a member of the All Points Clinic (Union County, SD) Board of Directors.

He has also served as City Administrator for the cities of Freeman and Elk Point, SD prior to his retirement, and he currently serves on the Scottish Rite of South Dakota Foundation Board of Directors and as a Deacon with his local church.
