However, to ensure fiscal responsibility and our ability to continue providing services to those in need, we do require that all patients who can afford to make payments be responsible for their payment in a timely manner. In order to help us better serve you please bring the following to each appointment:
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- Any co-pays due at the time of service
- If you have an outstanding balance, you will be asked to pay the balance in full or set up a payment agreement with our Billing Office at the time you schedule your appointment.
