(YANKTON, SD) – Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to introduce Barbara De Witt, CNP, as the newest medical provider at Yankton Community Health Center and Dental Services. Barbara joins providers Dr. Nelson Batoon, MD, and Thyra Crissey, CNP, to provide primary care medical services to the Yankton community.
De Witt attended Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing in Quincy, IL, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She later went on to attend Mount Marty College, graduating in 2015 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing Degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
“I am excited to practice as a CNP at Horizon Health Care. I look forward to serving the community of Yankton,” said Barbara De Witt, CNP, who is currently available for appointments at Yankton Community Health Center and Dental Services.
De Witt, a Hastings, NE native, has resided in the Yankton community for over 11 years. Her hobbies include baking and music. In her spare time she also enjoys supporting her children, John, David and Julie, by attending their events with her husband, Dana.
