Autumn Tucker, CNP, Joins Mission Community Health Center

(MISSION, SD) – Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to introduce Autumn Tucker, CNP, as the newest medical provider at Mission Community Health Center. Autumn joins providers Betty Kalblinger, PA, Larry Dubray, PA, Rachele Vietor, PA-C, Spencer Mason, PA-C, Dr. Tony Berg and Dr. Mark Butterbrodt to provide primary care medical services at the Mission Community Health Center.

A graduate of Walden University, Tucker holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining Horizon, Tucker has been previously employed with Winner Regional Health Care Center and also through R Vision Medical Staffing as a traveling RN.

Tucker will be available for appointments at Mission Community Health Center beginning March 28th. “I enjoy helping others,” said Tucker. “I treat all patients as I would want my family treated.”

Originally from Winner, SD, Tucker received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, camping and fishing with her husband, Mark, and two sons, Gavin and Gage.
