Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to welcome Amanda Thoms, CNP, to Yankton Community Health Center and Dental Services. Thoms joins Thyra Crissey, CNP-PMHNP, and Meghan Curry O’Connell, MD, MPH to provide primary care medical services to the Yankton community.
