Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to welcome Amanda Thoms, CNP, to Yankton Community Health Center and Dental Services. Thoms joins Thyra Crissey, CNP-PMHNP, and Meghan Curry O’Connell, MD, MPH to provide primary care medical services to the Yankton community.

Originally from Wakonda, SD, Thoms enjoys being outside, boating and spending time with family and friends.
