Horizon Health Care, Inc. (Horizon) is pleased to welcome Alexandra Bachman-Williams, PA-C, to Family Health Center of Eagle Butte and Isabel Community Clinic. Bachman-Williams joins Carla Schweitzer, CNP, in Eagle Butte and Melissa Nehl, CNP, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, in Isabel to provide primary care medical services to both communities.
Bachman-Williams attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy. She then received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) in 2020 from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
Bachman-Williams, who is originally from Crescent City, CA, currently resides in Timber Lake, SD. She enjoys traveling, running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs. “I look forward to working at Horizon so that I can serve my community and all the wonderful people that I have met since moving here in 2018,” stated Alexandra Bachman-Williams, PA-C. “I hope to practice a patient-centered care model where we can make healthcare decisions as a team. I want my patients to be as invested in their health as I am. Balance is key.”
Bachman-Williams is currently available to be seen for appointments at Family Health Center of Eagle Butte and Isabel Community Clinic.
