The physician assistant at Horizon Health Care’s Lake Preston Community Health Center receives primary supervision from Dr. Lim.

The health center provides space for weekly mental health therapist counseling and a domestic abuse counselor. Psychiatrist visits by telemedicine are offered twice per month.

Emergencies: In the event of a need for urgent or emergency care during office hours, please call the clinic immediately, if possible, to allow for staff to prepare for your arrival.  After-hours call Mrs. Bumann at (605) 847-4214 for further instructions or assistance.  If she is unavailable, please call the nearest hospital in DeSmet (605) 854-3329, located eight miles west of Lake Preston, or call the hospital of your choice for assistance.  The local ambulance can be requested by calling 911.
