The physician assistant at Horizon Health Care’s Lake Preston Community Health Center receives primary supervision from Dr. Lim. Horizon clinicians provide medical care to residents of Kingsbury Memorial Manor which includes an Alzheimer's unit. The health center also provides space for monthly podiatric (foot doctor) services and weekly mental health counseling. Emergencies: In the event of a need for urgent or emergency care during office hours, please call the clinic immediately if possible, to allow for staff to prepare for your arrival. After-hours call Mrs. Bumann at (605) 847-4214 for further instructions or assistance. If she is unavailable, please call the hospital in DeSmet (605) 854-3329, located eight miles west of Lake Preston, or call a hospital of your choice for assistance.
