Jerauld County Clinic is located on a medical campus and is attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital, a 40 bed long-term care facility, a private dental clinic and vision clinic, and the State Health Department’s Community Health Nurse office.

Emergencies: In the case of an emergency during office hours, please call the office immediately so we can prepare for your arrival. For after hours emergencies call Avera Weskota Memorial Hospital at 605-539-1201 or 800-529-0123 and the nursing staff will contact the provider on call. You may also dial 911 to obtain help or ambulance.
