Community Health Center

Located 23 miles south of I-90, White River is a gateway to the Badlands and Rosebud Reservation. Mellette County Community Health Center is located in Mellette County, designated a frontier county with a population density of 1.6 people per square mile. Our highly-skilled Certified Physicians Assistants serve the community by providing Family Medicine Services with support from four physicians in Winner, South Dakota. Additionally, we offer referral and specialty medical services through Telemedicine tehnology.
