Currently there are two dental suites with one full time dentist and hygienist at Jerauld County Dental Clinic.  The clinic will be increasing to five dental suites with two full time dentists and one full time hygienist in the spring of 2010.

Community Highlights

Jerauld County Clinic resides in Wessington Springs is a family-centered rural community of 1000 with a service area population 9000.    It includes a new airport with 3600 foot lighted asphalt runway as well as a newly renovated critical access hospital attached to clinic with full complement of ancillary services including CT and ultrasound.  Wessington Springs has a progressive school system with extracurricular activities for varied interests as well as a wellness center, golf course, bowling alley, swimming pool, large city park, campground, baseball and softball diamonds, amateur baseball team, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.  Local arts council, theatre group and historical societies are active in newly refurbished 1905 Opera House, Anne Hathaway Cottage and Shakespeare Garden Outstanding hunting and fishing that includes some of South Dakotas best pheasant hunting land in addition to deer, turkey, ducks and geese!  Only 40 miles to Missouri Rivers ¦some of the worlds best walleye fishing!
