Bell Medical Service
The Bell Medical Service is located in a new 5,000 square foot clinic in De Smet attached to a 17 bed rural hospital. Horizon clinicians provide services to Lake Preston, Arlington, and a 75 bed skilled nursing home in De Smet. Neurology and Obstetrics/Gynecology are specialty services that are provided at least monthly out of the Bell Medical Services. In addition, Horizon Health Care subleases space for on-site services for counseling needs.
