The Bell Medical Service is located in a new 5,000 square foot clinic in De Smet attached to a 17 bed rural hospital where Horizon Health Care’s Andrew Binamira, MD serves as Chief of Staff. Horizon clinicians also provide services to Lake Preston, Arlington, and a 75 bed skilled nursing home in De Smet.

Neurology and Obstetrics/Gynecology are specialty services that are provided at least monthly out of the Bell Medical Services. In addition, Horizon Health Care subleases space for on-site services for counseling needs.

Emergencies: In the case of an emergency during office hours, please call the office immediately so we can prepare for your arrival. For after hours emergencies call DeSmet Memorial Hospital at 605-854-3329. The nursing staff there will contact the provider on call. You may also dial 911to obtain help or ambulance.
